These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NeuralBase course platform (“Platform”), provided by NeuralBase (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
Use of the Platform

2.1 Platform Content: The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only access and use the Platform and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 User Content: By submitting or uploading any content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and display that content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Platform. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license.
2.3 Trademarks: “NeuralBase” and our logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of NeuralBase. You may not use these trademarks or any confusingly similar marks without our prior written consent.
Payments and Refunds
3.1 Course Fees: Some courses or features on the Platform may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of such courses or features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
3.2 Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the security of your payment information during the payment process, as it is handled by the payment processors.
Limitation of Liability
4.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform.
